This series of machines is computer-aided optimization design, which is mainly suitable for stainless steel deep drawing process. The fuselage structure is divided into three beams, four columns and two types of frame pull rods. The main cylinder can be used as single cylinder or multi cylinder type, and the lower cross beam is provided with a hydraulic cushion, and a top rod hole is arranged on the worktable. In view of the wrinkle-prone characteristics of deep drawing products, the hydraulic control system adds electro-hydraulic proportioning device to precisely control the pressure of stretching sections, which achieves good results and greatly reduces the scrap rate. Electrical control system is equipped with imported displacement sensors, pressure sensors and touch-type industrial display screen, slider and Jack stroke, pressure and other parameters are set by the man-machine interface. The process parameters of multiple sets of molds can be stored and invoked conveniently and quickly. Through the selection of panels, floating stretching and reverse stretching can be completed. The three beam four column structure is computer-aided optimization design with simple structure, economy and practicality. The multi cylinder structure can be designed according to the need of working face pressure.

It is suitable for stretching, bending, flanging, cold extrusion and blanking of metal materials such as household appliances, kitchenware, Hotel supplies, automotive parts, motorcycles, aerospace, etc.
